Volvo CE has been voted among China’s leading
places to work and won the “Best Employer 2012 in the Construction Equipment
Industry”. The company is renowned for launching new initiatives to safeguard
its top position on the table ( e.g. partnering with colleges all over the
world and providing the youth with job opportunities).
The amazing increase in numbers when it comes to Chinese construction industry over the last 10 years has
resulted in some problems concerning the supply of gifted technicians and
logistic specialists. That gave the incentive for even more fierce competition
to attract and retain employees.
Having taken a closer look to the survey of 100,000 people, it appeared that Volvo CE is the ultimate winner of the so – called war of talent, having been dubbed the “Best Employer 2012 in the Construction Equipment Industry” in China.
